由于特殊優化的進漿口，因此這種除渣器能有效地去除沙子、玻璃片、訂書釘等重雜質。采用內襯陶瓷錐體，可大大增強除渣器的耐磨性。獨特設計的沖洗水裝置可通過沖洗水最大限度減少纖維流失。一段到二段的無泵式運行能大大降低維護成本。經過兩段除渣器的處理，能將漿料中的砂子等重雜質提早分離出來。更改產量只需更換進漿頭，設備其它部件無需更換。

Production Overview

TLG continuous type and TJG intermittent type high consistency centricleaner can effectively remove the pulp dregs and prevent the subsequent equipment from abrasion. Due to the specially optimized pulp inlet, the centricleaner can effectively remove the heavy impurities such as sand, glass chips, staples, etc. The wear resistance of centricleaner can be greatly enhanced by using ceramic cone. The unique design of flushing water device can minimize fiber loss through flushing water. The TLG and TJG high consistency centricleaner can operate from one to two stage without pump,which can greatly reduce the initial investment and the maintenance cost. After the treatment of two-stage centricleaner, the heavy impurities such as sand in the pulp can be separated early. For changing the output, only the feed head needs to be replaced, and other parts of the equipment do not need to be replaced.
